IRON GM 2023
A pitting of some of the local best of the best. My first Iron GM event I’ve ever run. It turned out to be fairly successful with around 40 people showing for an evening of Dungeons, Dragons, and Colossal++ sized hams. My thanks to Silver Key Lounge for letting me shout over their customers for a few hours.
And Congrats to the Champions: Hannah, Jill and The Mad Hadder!

The Absolute FLEX of using the championship belt as a DM screen had me grinning all night

A handsome devil hanging out near the prize pool. Someone should make sure everything's still there when he leaves...

A Movie Poster-sized version of the poster I made. Sorta washed out due to the lights

The Closing Remarks-stroke-Award Ceremony

Our Winners! From Left to Right: Jill in 2nd, Hannah with 1st, and the Mad Hadder with 3rd. Congratulations again!

Some of the consolation "Tin GMs" I made to hand out to all participant GMs. You may notice a resemblance to someone.

Whole lotta people showed up.

This mad lad is running a 20th level game.

Had some folks all the way from Glasgow for this table. Not that I think they came here specifically for this, but it's nice to see folk get to bring this experience back with them.

A view of the prize pool, I had some extremely generous sponsors helping me make this event awesome.

From what I overheard the luck of this table was... streaky. On both sides.

Hark! A wild MC. Don't you have a job to do?

Hannah had this table on the edges of their seats the whole night. Alas the story is to be a mystery to but a lucky few.

The one and only piece of context I have for this game is "Ogre Dragon". No I don't have the slightest clue what it means.

This table was just constantly making noise, laughs, shrieks, yells. I'm glad they had such a great time.

Yes there is a Tarrasque.

No, it's not happy to see you.

The Winners and a Schmuck

Several good pieces of headwear in the picture. Very stylish.
